Your gourmet hamburger franchise location can be as small as 1,000 square feet or up to about 1,500 square feet. It doesn't take a lot of space to produce a terrific, made-fresh product. Indoor and outdoor seating is ideal, and inline or end cap options both work well — depending on availability and budget.

At iniBurger, we seek smart, driven individuals who understand the basics of growing a business and who are excited to work hard, build a team, and deliver great food and service to customers in their community. We are looking for owner-operators who want to follow our system and leverage all the benefits that come with a restaurant franchise concept focused on Halal food options that are good for just about everyone. There is great potential with each iniBurger location, and we want people who see it and are excited to build an exciting business.
We invite you and two members of your team, including your general manager, to California for two weeks to train with the iniBurger franchise team. We will also provide an onsite training visit at your location for five days for you and your staff at the time of your opening. Of course, we are always available via phone and email when you need us. Franchisees also have exclusive access to our recipes and our iniBurger confidential operations manual to help run their restaurant franchise properly on a day-to-day basis.
The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $302,150 to $608,000. This includes a $30,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it's important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We charge a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross sales, and a technology fee of $150 per month (which could increase to up to $300). Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, recipes, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Franchise owners will be required to spend a % of gross revenues per month on local marketing on an ongoing basis and between $2,500 and $10,000 on the grand opening of their location. They will also contribute up to 4% of gross revenues into the brand development fund (this is currently set at 3%).
Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the iniBurger brand and cover the creative costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with one subsequent successor agreement option of ten years.
